Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Medical Technology, CLS, MLS required.
• Completion of an accredited Medical Technologist, CLS, MLS, or equivalent program.
• Available to take call and respond within 20 minutes; cross-train to clinic and satellite labs.

Responsibilities

• Perform testing across Hematology, Chemistry, Serology, Microbiology, Blood Bank, Urinalysis and Phlebotomy.
• Collect patient specimens via venipuncture, capillary or heel puncture.
• Maintain quality control and documentation; monitor instrument performance.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and patient/staff safety.
• Maintain supplies and perform routine equipment maintenance.
