Crossover Health is seeking a Medical Assistant to deliver an exceptional patient experience in our Utah on-site clinics. You will greet guests, collect histories, take vitals, assist clinicians, and support inventory and administrative tasks with professionalism.

Qualified candidates have graduated from an accredited medical assistant program, hold BLS, and bring at least two years of back-office clinical experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited medical assistant program with clinical back-office experience.
• BLS certification is required.
• Two years of relevant clinical experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Handles guest interactions with hospitality and professionalism.
• Resolves inquiries about clinic services and hours.
• Takes medical histories and vitals to assist clinicians.
• Manages inventory, orders, and replenishment of supplies.
• Assists with injections and other duties within scope of practice.
• Answers calls, schedules appointments, and communicates effectively.
