Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Medical Assistant Certification required.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience from a certified Medical Assistant program.
• First Aid and CPR certification.
• Excellent phlebotomy skills with certification desired.
• Bilingual abilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist clinicians in the examination process and perform office tests.
• Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and supply inventories.
• Maintain room readiness and stock examination rooms.
• Coordinate care with integrated care team and schedule patient appointments.
• Monitor quality assurance of basic clinic functions.
• Oversee patient flow and ensure a smooth clinic experience.
