Qualifications

• Experience analyzing, adjusting, and repairing rotating equipment.
• Knowledge of LACT meters and measurement equipment.
• Experience with valve repair and maintenance.
• Follows company policies, practices, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Performs daily and routine maintenance on all mechanical equipment.
• Assists during overhaul of compressors/pumps.
• Valve maintenance and repair - including double block & bleed, gate, slab gate, ball and relief valves.
• Keeps accurate and up-to-date records of all maintenance performed on equipment.
• Assures equipment is in good running order to stay in compliance.
• Maintains and repairs mechanical meters & LACT equipment.
• Reports any equipment not in compliance to Supervisor or Superintendent.
• Responsible for general upkeep and maintenance of all facilities and equipment.
• Maintains, adjusts, and makes minor repairs to equipment.
• Helps develop a preventative maintenance program to identify potential failures.
• Minimizes maintenance costs while maximizing run time and throughput.
• Completes documentation for all maintenance activities.
• Reports excessive downtime to appropriate people.
• Responds to after-hour callouts in a timely manner.
• Helps out in other areas of the business as needed.
• Maintains company vehicle appropriately.
