Qualifications

• Valid Driver's license is required.
• Industry mechanical technician experience in an industrial environment is necessary.
• On-the-job mechanical technician experience in an industrial setting is required.
• Strong technical and analytical abilities.
• Physically capable of required duties.
• Basic computer skills are needed.
• Ability to read and comprehend written communications.
• Able to accept supervision and work cooperatively with others.
• Willingness to work overtime and respond to callouts.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair pipeline equipment (valves, pumps, actuators, meters, tanks).
• Calibrate mechanical pressure gauges.
• Perform preventative maintenance on mechanical equipment.
• Budget and procure parts and tools as needed.
• Assist in repairs, maintenance, and operation of equipment and right-of-way.
• Participate in training of O&M personnel.
• May perform basic electrical, right-of-way, and general maintenance duties.
