Job summary

RWDY Inc. is seeking a Mechanical Technician III to perform maintenance on facility equipment with a focus on pumps, air compressors, and rotating machinery. The role requires independent execution, documentation of findings, and participation in safety programs in a production environment.

The position involves supporting mechanical engineers, planning maintenance, and maintaining accurate records. Two openings in Texas (Big Lake and Midkiff) with a Monday–Friday schedule and on-call rotation,

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical maintenance and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with pumps and air compressor maintenance.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to clearly communicate field conditions and recommend corrective actions.
• Team-oriented with a willingness to assist others.
• Ability to work under changing priorities and tight deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical maintenance activities on facility equipment.
• Support mechanical engineers with testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance planning.
• Estimate workloads and assist with scheduling activities.
• Support equipment reliability and maintenance improvement efforts.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and technical documentation.
• Participate in all applicable safety programs and procedures.
• Estimate workload requirements to establish completion dates.
• Assist mechanical engineers in planning and testing mechanical components, equipment, and machinery.
• Support proposal preparation and cost estimate development.
• Actively participate in the use of all job safety tools.
• Review job packs prior to execution.
• Identify and mitigate safety concerns before work begins.
• Execute maintenance and troubleshooting on pumps and air compressors.
