Planned Companies is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform preventive maintenance, repairs and on-call response at South Bay properties, ensuring operations run smoothly.

Requirements include 3+ years in plumbing, electrical and carpentry, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, reliable work ethic, and good communication.

You will document work, follow safety protocols, supervise outside contractors when needed, and maintain logs of all equipment and tasks.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in building maintenance.
• Strong plumbing, electrical and carpentry experience.
• Bilingual preferred.
• Reliable, organized, detail-oriented.
• Available for on-call/emergency coverage.

Responsibilities

• Ensure preventive maintenance of all mechanical, electrical and plumbing equipment.
• Check boiler and hot water heaters for leaks and report to management.
• Schedule extermination procedures as necessary.
• Maintain social areas and ensure walkways are clear.
• Replace light fixtures and perform minor carpentry.
• Maintain daily records of work performed.
