The position requires 1+ year of related experience, a High School Diploma or GED, and driving license with insurance. On-call duties are part of the schedule, with potential for growth within a people-centric organization.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ years of relevant experience required.
• EPA Type II or Universal Certification preferred
• CAMT certification preferred but not required
• CPO certification preferred for properties where applicable based on local regulations and property-specific operational requirements.
• Written, verbal, and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of facilities management and mechanical equipment.
• Pass criminal background screening prior to employment.
• Possession of a valid driver's license and up-to-date vehicle insurance is required.
• Wonderlic assessment is required if minimum qualifications are met.

Responsibilities

• Prepare units for move-ins with electrical, plumbing, carpentry, masonry, and painting repairs.
• Aware of the property condition at all times and correct unsafe conditions; report safety concerns.
• Complete work orders within 24 hours and report emergency orders promptly.
• Responsible for 24-hour emergency maintenance and on-call responsibilities.
• Complete grounds cleanup and light landscaping where possible.
