The ideal candidate has 1-3 years of maintenance experience, can handle after-hours on-call requests, and is able to lift up to 75 lbs while standing for long shifts. Weekend work is required.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of relevant maintenance experience required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, self-directed entrepreneurial environment.
• Excellent customer service with strong attention to detail.
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs and stand 8–12 hours.
• Available to work weekends and on-call emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the facility and grounds according to community objectives.
• Operate and repair on-site equipment safely, in line with OSHA policies.
• Perform apartment make-readies: painting, carpentry, drywall, appliances and make-ready checklists.
• Respond to work orders promptly, including after-hours on-call maintenance rotations.
• Inspect public areas and resident apartments to maintain standards; secure tools and supplies.
• Comply with company policies while delivering high customer service.
• Attend training workshops and safety meetings as required.
