Job summary

Drucker + Falk is seeking a Maintenance/Service Technician for Regency at Longhill in Williamsburg, VA. The role involves make-ready repairs to vacant units prior to move-in and being on-call as scheduled by the Service Manager.

The ideal candidate has HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and electrical skills, plus a high school diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license. Training provided for 608 refrigerant certification if needed.

Qualifications

• HVAC, Plumbing, Carpentry, Electrical skills are required or preferred.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent with 1–3 months related training/experience.
• Current driver’s license; CFC certificate where needed; OSHA/SDS knowledge is expected.

Responsibilities

• Perform make-ready repairs on vacant units promptly.
• Be on-call 24 hours as scheduled by the Service Manager.
• Assist with inventory control and maintenance supplies.
