Job summary

University Partners is looking for an Assistant Maintenance Supervisor in San Antonio, Texas. This role involves overseeing Maintenance Technicians, performing maintenance work orders, and ensuring the community is well-kept. Ideal candidates will have excellent customer service skills and knowledge in electric, plumbing, HVAC, and basic construction.

Responsibilities include completing service requests, communicating maintenance concerns, and maintaining the cleanliness of common areas. A high school diploma or GED is required, along with a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations.

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent service to residents, guests, employees and contractors.
• Completing all routine service requests within 24 hours.
• Reporting maintenance issues to the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.
