Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Make Ready professional in San Antonio, TX to support maintenance operations across the community. The role involves preparing units for new residents, performing repairs, and maintaining common areas.

Responsibilities include timely response to work orders, pool maintenance, safety checks, and daily exterior upkeep. A high school diploma, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws/OSHA are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Ensure make-ready units meet property standards before new residents move in, which may include repairing or replacing fixtures, painting, installing new appliances, and checking plumbing and electrical systems
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders for community common areas, buildings, and units in a timely manner
• Ensure all repairs and replacements necessary for community common areas and make-ready units
• Assist with the scheduling and performance of all maintenance/repair-related turn events
• Assist in the daily clean-up of the exterior of the community, including grounds, buildings, breezeways, and all common areas
• Perform swimming pool maintenance and cleaning and maintain accurate, timely chemical logs
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and other community features daily to identify, minimize, and correct hazardous property conditions or liability concerns
• Maintain a preventative maintenance program that extends the life of the community while minimizing future repairs
