Mayfair Management Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to join our property management team in San Antonio. You will maintain and enhance the apartment community, addressing grounds, preventive, corrective, deferred, and emergency maintenance.

The ideal candidate has basic knowledge of carpentry, painting, refurbishing, plumbing, electrical work, appliances, make-readies, and some A/C experience. You must own basic tools, be available weekends, on-call, and willing to work as a true

Qualifications

• Own basic tools.
• Weekends, On-Call & OT.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, simple correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to write simple notes and fill out a Maintenance Service Request.
• Ability to communicate with residents and other employees.
• Be Team Player.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures and governmental regulations.
• Ability to write legibly and clearly.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance the apartment community across grounds and buildings.
• Perform preventive, corrective, deferred, and emergency maintenance.
