Cornerstone Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician to preserve and upkeep the building, fixtures, and residential spaces. The role is part-time, hourly/non-exempt, with a schedule of M, W, F 8am–5pm and compensation of $18–$22 per hour plus potential monthly commissions.

Required certifications include HVAC and Pool, plus a high school diploma or GED. Candidates must have two years of residential maintenance experience, a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and the ability

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum two years’ general residential maintenance experience.
• HVAC Certification required.
• Pool Certification required.
• Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, fire protection and energy management systems.
• Certifications/licenses as required by local, state, or other regulations.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work on-call as scheduled; weekends and after hours as necessary.

Responsabilités

• Respond to resident/management service requests for occupied and vacant rental units.
• Repair/replace appliances, plumbing, and HVAC/electrical systems as needed.
• Repair/replace apartment materials and perform maintenance requests.
• Identify and perform routine preventative maintenance tasks.
• Inspect and prepare vacant units for move-ins.
