Job summary

Bozzuto seeks a Maintenance Technician to resolve HVAC, electrical, plumbing and appliance issues, and to prepare vacant apartments for move-in. You will maintain the building and grounds while delivering exceptional resident service and supporting after-hours emergencies.

A trade background and strong communication are required. Eligible for bonuses, with annual salary in the $50k–$53k range, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in building maintenance or education in the trades.
• Beginner to intermediate proficiency in HVAC, plumbing, electrical and appliance repair.
• Availability for emergency situations including on-call rotations.
• Professional appearance and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Resolve maintenance issues in HVAC, electrical, plumbing and appliance repair.
• Prepare vacant apartments for move-in through turnover repairs.
• Maintain building safety and cleanliness, including snow removal and grounds upkeep.
• Provide residents with outstanding customer service.
• Respond to weekends/evenings and after-hours emergencies.
