Ideal applicants have 5+ years in maintenance, HVAC certification, and strong skills in plumbing, electrical and appliance repair. A valid driver’s license is required, with on-call duties and competitive benefits included.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of maintenance experience preferred.
• HVAC certification (Type 1 & 2 or Universal) required.
• Proficient in plumbing, HVAC, electrical and appliance repair.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance service requests and repairs for buildings and grounds.
• Complete make-ready units.
• Manage supplies and equipment inventory and ensure safety procedures.
• Provide positive communication with residents, vendors and teammates.
• Participate in on-call rotation and respond to emergencies.
