Job summary

Fogelman Properties is hiring a certified Maintenance Technician for The Fenwick Apartments in Humble, a Houston-area community. The technician will handle service requests and repairs while delivering excellent resident service.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of maintenance experience, HVAC certification, and proficiency in plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair; a valid driver's license is required. Competitive pay, benefits, and career development opportunities offered.

Qualifications

5+ years of maintenance experience
HVAC certified and proficient in HVAC, plumbing, electrical and appliance repair
Strong customer service and team-oriented mindset
Valid driver’s license required

Responsibilities

Complete maintenance service requests and repairs as assigned by Maintenance Supervisor
Complete make-ready units
Maintain supplies and equipment and inventory
Provide personal tools and keep work area clean
Assist in preventive maintenance projects
Escalate unresolved issues to Service Director
Participate in on-call rotation and respond to emergencies
Maintain positive communications with residents, vendors and coworkers
Adhere to safety policies and Fair Housing guidelines
Perform other duties as assigned
