Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the operation and upkeep of our properties. You will handle daily repairs, prepare vacant units, maintain tools and supplies, and respond to on-call service requests to ensure safe, well-maintained environments.

Qualifications include HVAC, plumbing, electrical knowledge and handyman experience; ability to use hand and power tools; and the capacity to follow written or oral instructions.

Qualifications

• Experience in property maintenance/handyman.
• Knowledge in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.
• Ability to operate various hand tools (power tools).
• Ability to follow written or oral instructions.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily repair and upkeep of property and vacant unit preparation.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Ensure tools are on hand and in working condition.
• Report unusual or extraordinary conditions to management.
