Job summary

Granite Management, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Peninsula Pointe in West Lafayette, IN. The role requires on-call availability and hands-on maintenance across multiple trades to keep property systems in good order.

You will complete work orders, identify issues, and coordinate with the Maintenance Manager. A strong, dependable candidate with diverse skills in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repairs is expected.

Qualifications

• Proficient in building maintenance tasks across HVAC, plumbing, and electrical work.
• Experience with drywall repair, woodworking, sheet metal, and demolition/remodeling is preferred.
• Ability to operate heavy machinery and maintain a company vehicle is expected.
• Willingness to work overtime during high-volume periods and to report to the Maintenance Manager.

Responsibilities

• Perform assigned maintenance work orders accurately and timely.
• Identify potential issues and communicate with Granite management for follow-up and action.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness of the company vehicle and worksites.
• Support on-call requirements and adhere to company standards.
