Tipton is seeking an Assistant Maintenance Technician to maintain the apartment community's upkeep. You will handle day-to-day maintenance, respond to emergencies, and support residents and staff with various repair tasks.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, at least three years of experience with HVAC certification, and the use of your own tools. A professional, courteous demeanor is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• At least three years of experience and HVAC certification.
• Provide/use of own tools.
• Must maintain a professional and courteous manner with residents, visitors and staff.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Be on-call for 24-hour maintenance emergencies.
• Complete grounds work such as trash pick-up and light landscaping.
• Assist with maintenance: electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and preventative.
