Job summary

Tipton Asset Group, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to sustain the apartment community’s upkeep and appearance for current and prospective residents.

The role involves on-call 24-hour emergencies, grounds maintenance, and support across electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting tasks. The successful candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, at least three years of experience with HVAC certification, and the ability to use their own tools.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least three years of experience and HVAC certification.
• Provide or use own tools.
• Maintain a professional and courteous manner with residents, visitors and staff.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• On-call for 24-hour maintenance emergencies.
• Grounds work including trash pickup and light landscaping.
• Assist with electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting and preventative maintenance.
