Job summary

Pivotal is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support Burkett Place in Washington, PA and Canonsburg Senior Lofts in Canonsburg, PA. You will provide high‑quality service to residents, maintain HVAC, plumbing, electrical and carpentry systems, and respond to emergencies to keep the community safe and comfortable.

This full‑time role requires 1+ years of related experience, reliable transportation, and the ability to manage work orders via our maintenance app.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of related experience
• Reliable transportation
• HVAC training and certification preferred
• Commitment to regular attendance
• Ability to receive, manage, and close work orders via smartphone applications

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to residents
• Complete resident work orders on a timely basis
• Broad knowledge of general maintenance: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry
• Assist with court-ordered set-outs when necessary
• Perform unit turnover between residents (3-5 days)
• Maintain grounds and curb appeal
• Able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
• Be responsive to on-call emergencies
