Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repair work on the interior and exterior of buildings, hotel rooms and contents, laundry and kitchen/refrigeration equipment, lighting, heating/air conditioning.
• Provide on-call support for urgent requests after hours on weekends holidays, etc.
• Follow preventive maintenance procedures and maintain inventory security.
• Inspect safety systems and test alarms; assist with periodic inspections.
• Maintain guest service as the driving philosophy of the operation and ensure guest satisfaction.
