Gulph Creek Hotels is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the Residence Inn in King of Prussia, PA. You will perform repairs across interiors and exteriors, service hotel rooms and equipment, and uphold safety and cleanliness standards to ensure a high-quality guest experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in building maintenance and/or construction preferred.
• Advanced vocational training preferred.
• May require night, weekend, or holiday shifts.

Responsabilités

• Greet guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Perform maintenance and repair on interiors and exteriors, rooms, and equipment.
• Keep rooms and property in optimal condition with minimal guest disruption.
• Clean and maintain the pool (if applicable) in a safe manner.
• Provide after-hours on-call support for urgent requests.
• Follow Preventative Maintenance Program per brand standards.
• Report emergencies and hazards to security and management.
• Inspections of safety systems and regular checks of building systems.
• Communicate effectively with Housekeeping and Front Office.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and comply with policies.
