Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years’ experience in general building maintenance and/or construction, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• May be required to work nights when needed
• Weekends and/or holidays required
• Must have good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to read and speak English and comprehend simple instructions.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repair work on interior and exterior of buildings, hotel rooms and contents, laundry and kitchen/refrigeration equipment, lighting, heating/air conditioning.
• Provide on-call support for urgent requests after hours, on weekends, holidays, etc.
• Maintain swimming pool in a safe and sanitary manner and perform pool-related maintenance.
• Follow Preventative Maintenance Program and report hazards or emergencies promptly.
• Ensure guest rooms and property meet standards and respond to guest needs promptly.
