Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Service Technician in Santa Monica, CA. The role involves on-site maintenance of property interiors, exteriors, and common areas, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and functionality.

On-call and weekend scheduling are required, with a 9am–6pm window Tuesday–Saturday, subject to change. Requires 3–5 years of maintenance experience in a fast-paced environment, EPA refrigeration certifications, and a valid driver’s license for on-site operations.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of maintenance experience required.
• Prior experience working in a fast-paced environment.
• EPA certifications Type 1 and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling are required.

Responsabilités

• Completes assigned work orders and preventative maintenance to diagnose and repair defects following policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
• Performs make-ready tasks to prepare vacant apartments for leasing, including inspections, punch lists, scheduling vendors, obtaining supplies, and ensuring work is completed.
• Manages materials and inventory by tracking usage, returning unused items, and notifying supervision when re-ordering is needed.
• Completes documentation and paperwork to document and track service requests accurately.
• Maintains grounds, common areas, and amenities by cleaning, pressure-washing, painting, and light maintenance as needed.
• Supports cost-cutting by repairing rather than replacing parts where feasible and using materials efficiently.
