Qualifications

• Minimum of one year maintenance trade experience.
• Possess minimum Type I & II CFC Refrigerant Certification.
• Good DMV driving record.

Responsibilities

• Service requests and perform maintenance tasks.
• Conduct emergency service as directed.
• Repair HVAC systems and appliances.
• Perform plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work.
• Ensure work requests are completed within 24 hours.
