Landmark Property Services Inc is seeking a reliable Maintenance Technician for on-site duties at a multi-family property in Richmond, VA. The role requires HVAC certification and entails hands-on maintenance, repairs, and on-call responsibilities.

You will perform HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and cleaning tasks, support turnovers, and maintain common areas. Strong customer service and time management are essential.

Qualifications

• HVAC certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6+ months of maintenance experience.
• Ability to perform physical work and lift heavy items.
• Excellent customer service and communication.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Complete maintenance and repair work orders promptly and professionally.
• Perform general maintenance including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and cleaning.
• Assist with apartment turnovers and preventive maintenance.
• Maintain common areas, grounds, and amenities.
• Respond to emergency maintenance calls as needed.
• Rotate on-call shifts and overtime for emergencies.
