Job summary

Sea Mar Community Health Centers is seeking an on-call Maintenance/Housekeeping II to keep facilities safe, clean, and welcoming for patients, clients, visitors, and staff. Responsibilities include housekeeping, basic repairs, and groundskeeping to support compliance with safety standards.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED (education may be substituted with experience), a valid driver's license, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and annual TB testing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred; education may be substituted with experience.
• Valid driver’s license, automobile, and liability insurance required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.
• Annual TB testing required.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions; basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize patient areas, offices, restrooms, common areas.
• Empty trash, replenish supplies, maintain storage areas.
• Perform routine maintenance and basic repairs as needed.
• Inspect lighting, alarms, and safety features; report concerns.
• Maintain outdoor grounds, including mowing and snow removal.
• Coordinate with vendors for service needs.
