Sea Mar Community Health Centers is seeking a facilities maintenance role to keep our centers clean, safe and welcoming for patients and staff. The position covers housekeeping, yard work, minor repairs, and adherence to health and safety guidelines in a busy community health setting.

Hourly plan with benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance and paid time off. Training is provided; a valid driver’s license is required for some duties and local travel may be involved.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required; on-the-job training provided.
• Driver’s license and auto liability insurance required.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain facilities and grounds to ensure a safe, sanitary environment for patients and staff.
• Operate cleaning equipment and perform housekeeping tasks as assigned.
• Perform basic maintenance and repairs; report hazards and coordinate with supervisors.
• Follow safety procedures and assist with other duties as needed.
