Job summary

Sea Mar Community Health Centers is hiring for a facilities maintenance and housekeeping role. You will perform cleaning, maintenance, and light repair tasks to keep the center safe and welcoming for patients and staff.

The position includes outdoor grounds upkeep, vacuuming, waste disposal, and replenishing supplies. A TB test annually is required, with on-the-job training provided. High school diploma or GED preferred.

Qualifications

• On-the-job training provided.
• Must be able to perform physical tasks (lift up to 50 pounds).

Responsibilities

• Perform simple repetitive tasks to maintain the center’s facilities in sanitary condition.
• Clean facilities with cleaning solutions to prevent spread of disease.
• Maintain orderly storage and utility rooms.
• Provide exterior maintenance including lawn and grounds upkeep as assigned.
