Job summary

Sea Mar Community Health Centers is seeking a facility maintenance worker to keep the center clean, safe and welcoming for patients and staff. Duties include housekeeping, yard work, basic repairs, and equipment upkeep, performed under supervision with emphasis on safety and hygiene.

Education requirements include a high school diploma or GED; on-the-job training is provided and a valid driver's license with auto liability insurance is required. TB testing is required annually.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Housekeeping: maintain sanitary, orderly, safe facilities and restrooms.
• Yard maintenance: mowing, trimming, snow and debris removal around the building.
• Maintenance and safety: perform basic repairs and report issues to supervisor.
• Maintain and clean equipment and tools; follow health and safety guidelines.
