Job summary

CMS Housing / a.m. RODRIGUEZ ASSOCIATES inc. seeks a dependable Full-Time Custodian for the Lofts of Mount Washington & South Hills Retirement Residence in the Pittsburgh area.

You will perform general cleaning, janitorial work, ground maintenance, and minor repairs to keep communities safe and well‑maintained. Snow removal and on‑call rotations offer a pay bump. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, a 401(k) with company match, life insurance, and AFLAC options.

Qualifications

• Valid PA Driver's License required
• Prior experience in building/grounds maintenance or janitorial work preferred
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs, and comfortably bend, stoop, climb, and reach throughout the day
