Qualifikationen

• Licensed LVN/LPT with current licensure.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• At least 2 years LVN/LPT/LPN healthcare experience.
• At least 1 year supervisory experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• CPI certification by employment date or within 60 days.
• Post-offer physical, 2-step TB test, background clearances and license verification required.
