Job summary

Telecare Corporation is seeking an LVN/LPT Manager to oversee nursing operations on the designated shift. Under supervision, you will plan and assess clinical activities, coordinate a multidisciplinary team, and assign staff to meet client needs and staff strengths.

You will provide recovery-focused services including medication administration as prescribed by a physician. Qualifications include LVN/LPT program graduation with active licensure, CPR/BLS, and at least two years in a healthcare

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited LVN or LPT program and current licensure.
• Current CPR/BLS certificate.
• Two years of LVN/LPT/LPN experience in health care environment.
• One year of supervisory experience; Telecare supervisory training within 12 months if no prior supervisory experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• CPI certification required by employment date or within 60 days; maintain it during employment.
• Post-offer physical, TB test, background checks and licensing verification required; driving clearance if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Implements and supervises assigned nursing department positions on the designated shift.
• Provides program planning, development, review and assessment of clinical and administrative activities.
• Directs and coordinates a multidisciplinary team and assigns direct reports to match client needs and staff strengths.
• Provides recovery-focused services related to safe administration of medications as prescribed by a physician.
