Telecare Corporation is seeking an LVN/LPT Manager to supervise nursing staff on a designated shift, plan and assess clinical and administrative activities, and oversee a multidisciplinary team. The role involves directing care, assigning staff, and delivering recovery-focused med administration under physician orders.

The position features full-time AM shifts (7:00 AM – 11:00 PM) with geographic pay differentials and a wage range of $36.85–$45.48 per hour, commensurate with experience.

Formación

• Graduation from an accredited LVN or LPT program and current licensure.
• Current CPR/BLS certificate.
• Two years of LVN/LPT/LPN experience in health care environment.
• One year of supervisory experience. Completion of Telecare Supervisory training within 12 months in lieu of supervisory experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• CPI certification on date of employment or within 60 days and maintain certification.
• Post-offer physical, background checks, and other requirements may apply.

Responsabilidades

• The LVN/LPT Manager implements and supervises assigned positions within the nursing department on their shift.
• Provides program planning, development, review, and assessment of clinical and administrative activities.
• Directs, coordinates, and supervises an assigned multidisciplinary team.
• Assigns direct reports to work with clients based on needs and team strengths.
• Provides recovery-focused services related to the safe administration of medications as prescribed.
