Casa de Mañana Retirement Community in California is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) for on-call, varying shifts. The position offers hourly pay between $42.00 and $44.00.

Under the direction of the Director of Nursing, you will supervise CNAs and Nurses Aids, ensure quality patient care, and coordinate assessments and medications as ordered by physicians. Candidate must meet California LVN requirements and maintain compliance with regulations.

Formación

• Must understand and follow facility policies and procedures.
• Must read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Must recognize emergencies and respond appropriately.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise CNAs and Nurses Aides to ensure quality patient care.
• Coordinate and perform resident assessments and care plans.
• Administer medications and other nursing interventions as ordered.
• Maintain documentation according to federal and state regulations.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and proper use of equipment.
