The Joseph, a Luxury Collection Hotel in Nashville, seeks an On-Call Esthetician to deliver luxury skincare services within our spa, ensuring a relaxing and elevated guest experience. You will maintain brand standards and provide thoughtful product recommendations to guests.

Ideal candidates hold a Tennessee esthetician license, have prior luxury spa experience, and demonstrate outstanding guest service, discretion, and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Tennessee Esthetician License required.
• Previous professional esthetician experience preferred.
• Luxury hotel, resort, or high-end spa experience strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of professional skincare treatments, techniques, products, and ingredients.
• Understanding of Forbes Travel Guide service standards is a plus.
• Marriott or luxury hospitality experience is a plus.
• Strong consultation, communication, and guest service skills.
• Ability to confidently recommend and sell appropriate skincare and retail products.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and sanitation.
• Professional, polished, warm, and service-oriented demeanor.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a luxury spa team.
• Ability to maintain discretion and protect guest privacy.
• Must be dependable, punctual, and committed to providing consistently exceptional service.
• Availability to work a flexible part-time schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays based on business needs.

Responsabilités

• Provide professional facial and skincare treatments in accordance with spa protocols and service standards.
• Consult with guests to understand skincare needs, concerns, preferences, and desired results.
• Recommend treatments, enhancements, products, and home-care routines.
• Deliver a personalized and luxurious experience from start to finish.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of spa treatments, products, ingredients, benefits, and retail offerings.
• Educate guests on skincare products and make thoughtful retail recommendations.
• Prepare treatment rooms and ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and stock levels.
• Maintain guest information and treatment notes as required.
• Support spa operations and colleagues to ensure a seamless guest experience.
