Royale Company is seeking an on-call floater to cover front desk shifts at luxury residential buildings across Manhattan. This role is on-call with mornings, evenings, overnights, weekends and holidays. You will welcome residents, log packages, coordinate access, and keep the lobby orderly while reporting issues to management.

Training is provided; growth opportunities into supervisory roles exist as you gain experience in high-end buildings.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in retail, hospitality, front desk, or similar roles.
• Reliability and punctuality.
• Professional appearance and grooming standards.
• Background check required (at our cost).

Responsibilities

• Welcome residents and guests and manage visitor access.
• Receive, log, and distribute packages and deliveries.
• Coordinate vendor and contractor access.
• Keep the lobby and front desk organized and presentable.
• Monitor the entrance and report issues to management.
• Maintain records in the building software (training provided).
