Job summary

Qualifications
- Must hold an active North Carolina LPN license.
- CPR certification required.
- Ability to provide quality nursing care to geriatric residents.
- Strong teamwork and communication with care team required.
Responsibilities
- Assist nursing personnel on the unit during shifts.
- Support the charge nurse and Director of Nursing with daily operations.
- Assist with resident care and documentation under RN supervision.
- Prepare and assist with admissions and assessments for new residents.
- Participate in infection control and safety duties on the unit.
