Job summary

• Participate as an equal team member, providing supports and training based on a person-centered approach.
• Transport customers to and from their day program and/or activities.
• Complete required daily notes on customer activities.

Skills

Reliable and self-motivated

Experience with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities

English language skills in reading/comprehension, writing and speaking

Education

High school diploma or GED
