Job summary

Highland House Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Grants Pass, Oregon, is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for PRN on-call shifts. Starting pay ranges from $39.11 to $62.15 per hour, based on licensed experience, with location at Highland House in Grants Pass.

You will join the Volare Health family, providing resident-centered care, assessing needs, and contributing to individualized care plans while supervising CNAs and collaborating with a caring team.

Qualifications

• Active Oregon LPN license required.
• Available to work at least 1–2 shifts per week and 2 weekend shifts per month.
• Ability to assess resident needs and provide appropriate nursing care.
• Leadership to provide direction and supervision to CNAs and care team.

What We’re Looking For
