On-Call Leasing Consultant / Resident Assistant

Position Overview

Silver Elm Senior Living Apartments is seeking an On-Call Leasing Consultant/Resident Assistant to manage leasing activities and assist residents in our 110-unit senior living community.

Responsibilities
  1. Answer phones, greet prospects, show apartments, and maintain traffic and telephone logs.
  2. Present apartments persuasively to prospective clients.
  3. Assist in finding suitable tenants and promote unoccupied units through media and advertising.
  4. Prepare lease agreements and validate application information and references.
  5. Present leasing terms and close agreements.
  6. Stay updated on the property market status.
  7. Resident care duties: assist with food deliveries, monitor resident call system, assist in resident functions, control building lighting, check door locks, and manage trash removal.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a leasing consultant or sales professional.
  • Knowledge of leasing rules and regulations.
  • Successful sales track record.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and relevant software.
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Marketing and sales expertise.
  • Customer-focused approach.
