Job summary

The role offers on-call shifts across AM/NOC/PM with varying schedules. Required credentials include MSW and active ASW registration; one year of direct service experience with individuals with severe mental illness

Qualifications

• Must hold current Associate of Social Work registration and be in good standing.
• Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW).
• At least 1 year of direct service experience with individuals with severe mental illness in inpatient or outpatient settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and casework services under supervision of a licensed clinician.
• Develop person-centered recovery plans and coordinate with other services and agencies.
• Collaborate with external services and agencies to support member care.
