Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year: IT Service Desk experience.
• Retail/multi-site environment experience preferred.
• Strong Windows PC troubleshooting and end-user support.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day technical support for store locations, field users, and corporate employees.
• Troubleshoot Windows PCs, printers, POS devices, and other store technology.
• Document incidents, resolutions, and follow-up actions in the ticketing system.
• Escalate complex issues to senior technicians or vendors as needed.
• Assist with hardware deployment and basic network troubleshooting.
