Job summary

The Hilton Austin is seeking an On-Call/Temporary Human Resources Coordinator to join through December 31, 2026. This entry level HR role offers three days a week, 5–6 hours daily between 10am and 3pm or 4pm, depending on business needs.

You will support HR operations, front desk tasks, and onboarding activities while helping to deliver the warm, hospitality-focused guest experience Hilton is known for.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional front office support: Welcome and assist guests, applicants, and team members with prompt, professional, and courteous service
• Support daily office operations: Provide administrative support such as word processing, data entry, filing, and copying to support HR department operations
• Manage communication: Handle phone calls, emails, mail processing, and meeting coordination
• Team Member Engagement: Assist with recognition, rallies, Team Member holiday parties
• Benefits: Assist with open enrollment and Team Member survey
• New Hires: Assist with creating new hire onboarding packets
• Support special projects: Assist with departmental initiatives or ad-hoc assignments
