Job summary

Great Lakes Management Co. in St. Paul, MN, seeks a dedicated housekeeper for Seven Hills Senior Living. This on-call role offers typical shifts 9am-5pm with pay ranging from $17.00 to $18.00 per hour and daily pay options.

You will maintain resident apartments and common areas, follow the housekeeping schedule, restock supplies, and support residents and staff while ensuring safety and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year housekeeping/cleaning experience.
• Able to make responsible choices and act in residents' best interest.
• Ability to motivate oneself and work independently.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals.
• Maintains confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Provide consistent & quality work to residents and staff.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area and cleaning cart.
• Follow routines and instructions according to housekeeping schedule.
• Ensure resident apartments are clean and sanitized as scheduled.
• Maintain inventory for daily needs and notify supervisor of supply issues.
• Assist in keeping all common areas neat, clean and safe.
• Follow the daily schedule to ensure tasks are completed on time.

Housekeeping Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide consistent & quality work to the residents and staff
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area and cleaning cart
• Follow job routines and instructions according to the assigned housekeeping schedule
• Assure resident apartments are clean and sanitized as scheduled
• Maintain inventory for daily needs & notify supervisor of supply issues
• Assist in keeping all common areas neat, clean and safe
• Follow the daily schedule to ensure all tasks are accomplished in a timely manner

Cleaning duties includes but not limited to:

• Vacuuming hallways, elevators and furniture
• Washing inside glass doors and windows
• Sweeping and/or mopping floors
• Cleaning and stocking supplies in restroom
• Dusting
• Rubbish/trash removal
• Washing / polishing woodwork and baseboards
• Seasonal duties as assigned

Housekeeping Qualifications
