Job summary

Great-Lakes-Management-Co. is seeking a full-time Housekeeper at Seven Hills Senior Living in Saint Paul, MN. The role supports residents and staff with daily cleaning tasks, maintaining a safe and orderly environment, and adhering to a structured housekeeping schedule.

The position offers a typical 8 am–4 pm shift with alternating weekly schedules, daily pay options, and benefits including medical coverage and PTO accrual.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year housekeeping/cleaning experience.
• Able to make responsible choices and decisions, and act in the resident’s and overall community's best interest.
• Ability to motivate oneself and work independently.
• Ability to be flexible and to work with other staff and residents.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals.
• Good work ethic.
• Maintains confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Provide consistent & quality work to the residents and staff.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area and cleaning cart.
• Follow job routines and instructions according to the assigned housekeeping schedule.
• Assure resident apartments are clean and sanitized as scheduled.
• Maintain inventory for daily needs & notify supervisor of supply issues.
• Assist in keeping all common areas neat, clean and safe.
• Follow the daily schedule to ensure all tasks are accomplished in a timely manner.

Housekeeping Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide consistent & quality work to the residents and staff
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area and cleaning cart

Cleaning duties includes but not limited to

• Vacuuming hallways, elevators and furniture
• Washing inside glass doors and windows
• Sweeping and/or mopping floors
• Cleaning and stocking supplies in restroom
• Dusting
• Rubbish/trash removal
• Washing / polishing woodwork and baseboards
• Seasonal duties as assigned

Housekeeping Qualifications
