Job summary

Compass Senior Living in Eugene, Oregon is seeking a Housekeeper to maintain clean, sanitary, and safe environments for residents. You will follow established procedures and work under supervision to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness.

Responsibilities include cleaning residents’ apartments and common areas, adhering to infection control guidelines, following schedules, and submitting maintenance requests.

• Pass a criminal background check.
• Willing to learn and work in a team.

What You'll Do

The Housekeeper maintains assigned areas in a clean, sanitary, safe, orderly, and attractive manner per established procedures and as directed by the supervisor; ensures that the highest degree of cleanliness and sanitation is always maintained.

• You will provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
• You will provide cleaning services inside residents' apartments and common areas.
• You will follow a cleaning schedule and instructions.
• You will adhere to procedures regarding infection control, food-borne illness prevention, harmful chemical handling, fire, safety, and sanitation.
• You will submit maintenance work orders to the Maintenance Director.
• You will report any unsafe/hazardous conditions within the community.
