Job summary

Compass Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain clean, sanitary and safe environments for residents and staff. You will clean residents' apartments and common areas, follow established procedures, and report safety concerns promptly.

The role emphasizes compassionate service to seniors, adherence to health and safety standards, and collaboration with a team to ensure a vibrant living environment. This position values reliability and teamwork.

Qualifications

What You’ll Do

The Housekeeper maintains assigned areas in a clean, sanitary, safe, orderly, and attractive manner per established procedures and as directed by the supervisor; ensures that the highest degree of cleanliness and sanitation is always maintained.

• You will provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
• You will provide cleaning services inside residents' apartments and common areas.
• You will follow a cleaning schedule and instructions.
• You will adhere to procedures regarding infection control, food-borne illness prevention, harmful chemical handling, fire, safety, and sanitation.
• You will submit maintenance work orders to the Maintenance Director.
• You will report any unsafe/hazardous conditions within the community.
